Joyce Hall is the Deposit Operations Manager for Forte Bank and is responsible for overseeing various banking applications, including remote deposit capture, mobile banking and Internet banking. She also monitors customer accounts for potential fraudulent activity, changes in products and contact information. In addition, Joyce processes domestic and international wire transfers and orders foreign currency for traveling customers. Joyce has been with the bank for 49 years.
In her spare time, Joyce enjoys country living on her family farm. Favorite activities include tending to her flower gardens, riding tractors with a local club, antiquing, snowmobiling and traveling with family. She also spends as much time as possible with her grandson and twin granddaughters.
Joyce strives to provide excellent customer service to clients — for her, it’s the most important part of her job. She enjoys helping customers find ways to simplify their day-to-day banking transactions through technology.
