A note to our customers about COVID-19

At Forte Bank, the safety of our customers and staff is more important than anything else. We are closely monitoring the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have plans in place to address the impacts of this virus.

Currently, cleaning personnel continue to use high-level antiviral cleaning agents to properly disinfect all our facilities on a daily basis. We have reminded and retrained staff on procedures for hand cleaning and sanitizing of high-use surfaces, equipment, and supplies. 

To help contain the spread of the virus, we encourage our customers to consider using the multitude of banking options we have that reduce face-to-face contact. These include our Online Bankingfor consumers, Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, ATMs, and the drive-ups at all three facilities.

We also offer Deposit Manager which allows business to remotely deposit checks, and mobile deposit, which allows consumers to deposit checks via cell phone with our mobile banking app available on the Google Playstore or the App store on iTunes.

Business customers, if you don’t already have direct deposit set up for your employees, we would be happy to do that for you so your employees don’t need to go somewhere to cash or deposit a check.
